✔︎ Communication as a core competency; whether with management, end users, or technicians – not only the right tone, but also clear and comprehensible expression makes all the difference

✔︎ A demotivated team can be just as devastating as a frustrated stakeholder or an uninformed project manager; I bring enthusiasm, quick wins, and information to where they belong

✔︎ There are tasks that are completed most efficiently alone in deep focus; other challenges are best addressed by a well-connected team

✔︎ Knowledge is power, which is why documentation is essential; the perfect complement is provided by training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfers
